The app would require background checks on helpers + a page which allows the user to view the helpers profile with info such as past experiences, ratings, and reviews.

A time sensitive filter was added in the form of a question prior to opening the home page which would send the user on a direct path to making an appointment guaranteeing a locked in date from the start.

Change home page to just log in automatically once user creates account.

Include time sensitive question from the start of opening app.

Also include options to browse from homepage when time is not an issue.

Change buttons to be more obvious.

Sally wants to see more information about the helper who will be coming to her home for her appointment.

David is in a hurry to get help with his task of doing laundry.
