From Rags to Riches

I know a man who went from nothing to something, he may not be rich but he is no longer poor. This man is my father, he has told me this story a few times and every time he tells it, he goes into greater detail. My dad was birthed into quite the poor family, his mother had quite the temper his father was quite abusive and his sister was kinda a bully. My dad worked his hardest to get good grades through his life. He was the first of his family to get a licence and a car. he had falls along the way such as bullies getting him down or a few bad friends who got him into trouble, but he overcame these obstacles. he put forth his best effort, got accepted into college where he gained his bachelors degree in engineering and technician, he started off as a rookie car mechanic worked his way through the ranks. He bought his own house got a new car, and eventually got a job offer from Butler Toyota where he gained a higher pay, and did more difficult work. He worked much more than everybody else, and became a master mechanic. He bought another car (mine) its not new but its still a car and pays insurance for it which isn't cheap. He makes enough money to pay for a house, two cars with insurance, food and water for many animals and three people, many different bills, every paycheck he gets he puts 75$ aside for my college fund, and with all these bills and money usage he has more than enough money remaining to spend on whatever. My dad has gone from living on a very tight budget with little money to being able to never have to worry about money again.
